The General Counsel, LTD., Fee Arrangements

In an effort to best meet our clients' needs, we will entertain flexible and creative fee arrangements. Our standard fee arrangements include:

Hourly: This arrangement involves a standard, hourly rate. Clients are billed for the time a GCL attorney invests in a project.

Retainer: The retainer program offers significant discounts based upon a longer term commitment and regularly scheduled time.

Project: This arrangement provides a fixed fee for a set amount of work.
