Q: Do I have to sign a long-term contract with the GCL?
A: No. Like any attorney, we are retained at the will of the client. We do, however, provide significant fee discounts for relationships intended to be long-term in nature.

Q: Do you fill in for attorneys on maternity, medical or other leave?
A: Yes! If you are looking to fill the shoes of someone on temporary leave - someone who can get up to speed fast keep things moving during that absence, we can help!

Q: If a particular project develops additional components along the way, can we keep our GCL attorney for a longer period of time, if necessary?
A: Sure. We are especially interested in long-term relationships, where we can develop the knowledge of the client's business and personnel, so we can make the most significant contribution.

Q: How do you handle billing?
A: Normally, we bill on a periodic basis (monthly or semimonthly) for services. We offer significant discounts for regularly scheduled work involving an "on-site presence"; because we can minimize overhead and realize scale economies, we can pass the savings on to clients in the form of reduced fees.
